Meet the Doctors
James J. Baranowski, D.C.
Dr. Baranowski is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Biology. He furthered his studies with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2000. Dr. Baranowski is very knowledgeable in Applied Kinesiology as well as deep tissue techniques, SOT, and supplementation. He is board certified in the states of Michigan, California, and Pennsylvania. In his spare time, Dr. Baranowski enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with his niece and nephew, Lauren and Ryan James.
Dr. Steven J. Grygier, D.C., CSCS
Dr. Grygier is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Business Administration. He furthered his studies with a B.S. in Life Science and Doctorate in Chiropractic, from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO in 2005.
Dr. Grygier also holds the distinction of a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). He is knowledgeable in the areas of exercise/fitness, myofascial and other soft tissue techniques and nutritional/herbal supplementation. He is board certified in both SC and PA. He enjoys weight training, volleyball, biking, hiking, hunting and fishing in his spare time.
